  Ensure your Heelys are in their original packaging, including the wheels, plugs, and tool, and show no signs of outdoor wear.

  Fill Out the Form

  Complete the returns form included in your original shipment, indicating whether you require a refund or a different size.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid Royal Mail shipping label provided to drop your parcel at any local Post Office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
