How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. We also offer a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure the wheels have not been installed or used outdoors to qualify for a full refund.
How do I find the right size for Heelys?
We recommend ordering your normal trainer size. If you are between sizes, we suggest going up to the next full size to ensure a comfortable fit for skating.
Are the wheels included with the shoes?
Yes, all Heelys come as a complete set including the shoes, wheels, plugs, and a tool for easy wheel removal and installation.

Can I wear Heelys as regular shoes?
